Foinikas Templar Knights village
The village was built in order to control the provinces of Paphos and Limassol when the Island of Cyprus was to be sold to the Knights of Templar by the King of England Richard the Lionheart. Full of history this village is worth visiting for its vivid representation of the fortress military spirit of that time.
Aphrodite’s Rocks
According to Greek mythology one who swims around the rocks gains eternal youth and beauty. True or not is for you to decide when you visit the rocks yourself. Beautiful wild beach. There is a restaurant and a shop 5 min walk away from the beach where you can recharge, change and have a shower.
Medieval Paphos Castle
Built in 13th century this historical site museum will take you on the cool adventure escaping from the hot sun into a dark ages of knights and fortresses. Every year it serves as opera backdrop for Autumn Paphos Aphrodite festival. Paphos castle is included in UNESCO Cultural Heritage List.
Tombs of the KIngs
Tombs of the Kings coming from 4th century BC, carved out of solid rock is a large necropolis. Containing a series of eight well preserved Tombs. UNESCO World Heritage Site.
